Over the past years we have become more and more involved with UK companies having moved their manufacturing operations abroad and have successfully helped them to install machinery and equipment we built for them in the UK and overseas. We also started a co-operation with a Chinese Tool Manufacturer helping to reduce costs even further and are now able to build certain types of work stations in China for our international customers there and in Europe

BalTec Switzerland is the world leader in Riveting Machines. With the introduction of the STF system, an integrated control system, they have moved the riveting process on to a new much higher level and can now offer quality control that a few years ago was unthinkable in the riveting business. Manufacturers of riveted safety critical parts, especially automotive components are now ordering new machines with STF as well as upgrading existing machines with STF. Hence 80% of all BalTec riveting machines are now sold with STF, enabling our customers to be able to guarantee the quality of their parts.
