The Precision Depth Adjustment Adaptor (PTA) guarantees exact depth measurement of the fixed tool when precision is asked for with all embossing, bending, riveting and cutting work The PTA has two hardened internal guides which prevent any dislocation of the fixed tool Except for depth, all positions of the tool are maintained precisely when the PTA is adjusted

All BalTec Presses (except the E-series) are equipped with no-play adjustable V block guides on the press ram. Lateral and torsion forces are easily absorbed. Work with cutters, dies and bending tools without their own punch guide is thus problem free.
