BalTec Radial Riveting units RNE are available for all applications to the appropriate specification. The optimum range of size enables their riveting performance to be fully exploited.

All riveting units may be installed in special machines, rotary indexing table or transfer installations - in any desired orientation.

The riveting force is generated hydraulically or pneumatically, depending on the model.

RNR 281

With the multiple riveting head MRX, you can carry out several riveting operations, simultaneously within a certain area. The riveting positions may lie at different heights.

The tool describe the same BalTec Radial motion as with a single-head machine.

May be equipped with holding down device.

The number and configuration of riveting positions can be changed by the interchange of two components (bearing and guide plates).

Process Controller HPP-25

BalTec have more than 10 years of process control for the riveting machines. The HPP-25 is a further development of the proven STF-1 Expert process controller.

With the HPP-25 process controller the riveting process can be closely controlled to give you a perfectly formed rivet and with the AutoCompensation option the riveting process can compensate for larger variations of rivet tolerances. Reducing the need for expensive manufactured rivets.

The HPP-25 has 6 controlling parameters and 39 different riveting modes.

The long riveting head paths can be fully utilised for large multi-level workpiece jobs (shown).

Two Hand Start
After the parts have been positioned, the indexing table is advanced with a two hand start. This is a standard feature.

Foot Switch Operation
The indexing table can be activated with a foot pedal (with hinged flap) in applications which meet the relevant safety standards.
