NITTO KOHKI "Delvo" Electric Screwdrivers are high quality tools for professional use, with special emphasis on precise control of torque and long life.

They apply just the correct amount of torque - with sure, positive control always at your fingertips. They are also smooth and shockless in operation, reducing the risk of operator RSI (Repetitive Strain Injuries).

Various types are available to provide controlled torque screwing in ranges from 0.02 Nm to 10 Nm. These drivers are fully supported with accessories for calibrating or setting torques, screw pick-up, and screw counting.

Assembly Automation hand-held automatic screwdrivers are fast, often reducing cycle times by over 60 percent. Screws are fed in less than one second to the handpiece down a flexible feed tube. This part of the cycle takes place as the operator moves from one screw position to the next.

The unique head configuration of the Assembly Automation handpiece allows positive extension of the fastener during screwdriving. Narrow pointed jaws provide access impossible with many other systems.

Fully automated screwdriving stations can be multi-spindle or programmable positioned, single spindle units. For fast cycle times, the multi-head machines can produce up to 30 assemblies per minute. Programmamble systems are more flexible but cycle times are sometimes longer (generally one fastener insertion every two seconds).
