We can offer complete repair & service of all your BalTec products. We offer a range of options to cater for site work, from planned and scheduled calls to the emergency call-outs when you must get production running within hours and not weeks. We also have an in-house repair workshop where we can repair & service anything from a pneumatic screwdriver to a complete assembly machine. Please contact BalTec for further information.

BalTec can offer bespoke maintenance contracts designed to minimise machine break-downs and production disruptions. Preventative maintenance can also increase machine longevity and reduce emergency repair & spares costs.

For a pre-determined fee a qualified service engineer will carry out routine service and preventative maintenance on your machines.

The maintenance cover will include the following:

• Two or more preventative maintenance visits per year
• Complete care of all your BalTec machines from qualified and experienced service engineers
• Bespoke maintenance cover devised for each machine
• Monthly, quarterly or yearly maintenance visits
• A 20% discount on all spares used during each visit

We offer a full spares service and hold many items on the shelf. If you require it, we will be pleased to hold specific spares for you which can be called off when needed. Please contact us for your spares requirements.

Specifically to complement our range of Riveting Machines, BalTec offers a complete tooling and riveting peen service built on over 15 years of know-how and experience. We can design, develop and manufacture riveting peens for all riveting machines on the market, as per your specification or our recommendations.
